Should you choose to visit other local beaches at your own pace, popular beaches include:
- Anse-Chastanet – excellent snorkelling and a popular scuba dive site
- Anse des Pitons – a long stretch of untouched white sand popular for sunbathing and relaxing

Not all beaches on St. Lucia have white sand due to the island’s volcano. Rather, beach sands vary from light white to the darker, volcanic grains. The variety of beaches offer something for everyone!
