Booking, Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Rates are subject to service charge at 10% and VAT at 7% and a tourism levy of US$6.00 per person per night. Rates are quoted for a reservation made for the number of guests booked. A reservation is subject to additional charges if a cottage is occupied by more guests than booked. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in at this resort. There are no room charges for children up to 10 years’ old who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12 noon.

• Late Checkout Hours: 5:00 PM
• Late Checkout Fee: USD 50.00

Onsite parking is free for guests only for the duration of their stay. Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Minimum Stay

• Christmas and New Year – bookings must be for a minimum of three (3) nights for all room categories.
• Winter Season – bookings must be for a minimum of 3 (THREE) nights for all room categories
• Summer Season bookings must be for a minimum of 1 (ONE) night for all room categories

Payment:

• 1 Night: Full deposit
• 2-3 Nights: 1-night deposit
• 4 Nights: 2 nights’ deposit
• 5 nights or more: 3 nights’ deposit

Cancellations

For reservations arriving between January 3rd and December 19th, the full deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than seven days before arrival. For the Festive Season (December 20th – January 2nd), the full deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than fourteen days before arrival.

A no-show or same-day cancellation incurs a 50% penalty charge. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance for added protection. All refunds issued due to a cancellation are subject to a 10% processing fee.
