You live in actual rain forest, complemented with lime, orange, apricot ( and many more) trees. Every cottage has privacy, so you dont feel overlooked which is amazing. Monique at the reception, and Randu at the bar are key ambassadors! Chocolate tour arranged on hotel ground was amazing experience. I cant remember the names of the guy and and lady, who had made this for us, but that was fantastic. To wrap this up - it was time to remember. Don't stay in Sandals, Hiltons or any other of the big ones. Support genuine eco friendly small business.

Lora Blackwell2023-07-05Fond Doux is the cutest all-inclusive resort in St. Lucia!! 🤩 Their use of original cottages with in the resort of the old cocoa plantation incorporated so much charm to our stay. Our room was pleasantly cooled with an A/C unit, as well as a giant ceiling fan directly over the bed. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate eating at the restaurant on site because our flight was scheduled so early in the morning. But word of mouth is that their food is the BEST on the island, hands down. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and actually stopped to ask if they could help us with anything. They fulfilled our minimal requests exceedingly and were happy to do so! They made us feel more than welcome and appreciative to host us. If my husband and I were to travel to St. Lucia again, we will be skipping Sandals and book our stay with Fond Doux without hesitation!!
