The required deposit depends on the length of your stay:

• 1-night stay: Full payment is required.
• 2–3-night stay: One night’s deposit is required.
• 4-night stay: Two nights’ deposit is required.
• 5 nights or more: Three nights’ deposit is required.

For reservations arriving between January 3 and December 19, the full deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than seven (7) days before arrival.

For reservations arriving during the Festive Season (December 20–January 2), the full deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than fourteen (14) days before arrival.

A no-show or same-day cancellation will incur a 50% penalty charge.

Yes. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to provide additional protection in case they need to cancel their reservation.

Yes. Any refunds processed due to cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
