Yes, an admission fee applies to both residents and non-resident guests.
When does the Historical Park open and close for the day?
The Historical Park is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Which cottages are step-free and accessible?
Our step-free accommodations include the Courtyard Suites and One-Bedroom Cottages.
Is there Wi-Fi at the resort?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including all accommodations, reception, 5 Fingers Restaurant, the Chocolate Lab, the gym, and the pool area.
Are there any fees associated with cancellation refunds?
Yes. Any refunds processed due to cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to provide additional protection in case they need to cancel their reservation.
What happens if I don’t arrive for my reservation or cancel on the day of arrival?
A no-show or same-day cancellation will incur a 50% penalty charge.
What is the cancellation policy during the Festive Season?
For reservations arriving during the Festive Season (December 20–January 2), the full deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than fourteen (14) days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations between January 3 and December 19?
For reservations arriving between January 3 and December 19, the full deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than seven (7) days before arrival.
