What is not included in the meal plans?
Premium drinks, bottled wine, and champagne are not included, and a surcharge applies for lobster. All meal plan prices are per person per day and subject to a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
What meal plans are available?
Modified American Plan includes buffet breakfast, à la carte dinner, and one drink. Full American Plan adds an à la carte lunch. The All Inclusive plan covers buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch, à la carte dinner, and drinks.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes. All daily rates include buffet breakfasts at 5 Fingers Restaurant.
Is there enough for vegetarians?
Yes. Two dedicated Fond Doux vegetable entrées sit on the main menu alongside the meat and fish, plus the Rasta Pasta and salads.
What are the signature dishes?
Fond Doux Sous Kaye, diced pan seared catch in a herb sauce, is a favorite starter. The Fond Doux Veg Pot and Fond Doux Grilled Veg are our own vegetarian entrees, and there is a Catch of the Day alongside a Chef’s Special announced each night.
Is it à la carte or buffet?
Both. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served à la carte and buffet style.
What are the opening hours?
5 Fingers is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
What does plantation-to-plate mean here?
Much of what we harvest goes straight to the kitchen. The chef turns freshly picked fruits, vegetables, and spices from our organic estate into the dishes on your plate, so the menu reflects the land and the season.
What kind of food is served?
The food served includes farm-to-table Creole cooking, a fusion of Caribbean and authentic St. Lucian cuisine, made with ingredients grown on the estate.
What is the restaurant called?
5 Fingers Restaurant. It was previously known as Bamboo Restaurant, so you may still see the old name on some third party listings.
