Fond Doux Sous Kaye, diced pan seared catch in a herb sauce, is a favourite starter. The Fond Doux Veg Pot and Fond Doux Grilled Veg are our own vegetarian entrees, and there is a Catch of the Day alongside a Chef’s Special announced each night.
